Innovative IT Ownership Solutions

RED DOT is pioneering in its partnerships with IT workers. We are committed to the welfare of those who build the amazing digital assets by which our daily lives are made richer, more efficient and rewarding.

Besides encouraging an innovative and sustainable work environment we empower our far-flung technical teams with a co-ownership model that drives commitment, creativity, and success. At RED DOT we have learnt that shared ownership engages our contractors' best skills, most creative efforts, and produces superior outcomes in our projects.

Our collaborative approach harnesses the collective expertise and drive of our teams to deliver tailor-made IT solutions that meet the unique needs of each project we deploy and each new client or partner we serve.

Transparent Options

After an RFQ for project work has been awarded, the freelancers, or small IT teams to whom we award that contract are offered an attractive and transparent option. First, they are confirmed as the contractor on the terms they offered and we agreed. Their commitments are minuted in billable hours and agreed rates for individual project elements.

Equity for Skills

Secondly, as they become familiar with our project they have exercised an open offer to trade IT skills and hourly inputs for equity. As we develop our fair-trade partnerships we have discovered the underlying desire of the web's workforce to flex its entrepreneurial instincts and seize the opportunity of being owners in the digital edifice they are building to serve all humanity.

We are proud of the developing success of our business model. We are ahead of our own targets for demonstrating that our program is capable of meeting conventional MVP (minimal viable product) criteria.

At mid-May 2025 we are above target for the collaborative production of web assets by a factor of 5-done vs. 1-projected!
